Your individual property attention includes:
1.- Employees: Daniel oversees two employees (a maid and a gardener/pool man). Temporary employees are also hired as needed. Salaries are paid twice a month or as determined by you.
2.- General Maintence: Daniel monitors and implements daily tasks set by you.
3.- Monthly Accounting Reports: You’ll get an email with the report of all house expenses and incomes once a month, we’ll hold all the receipts for further inspection upon request. You may also request a yearly final general report.
4.- Visits: At your San Miguel home, weekly.
5.- 24/7 Availability: You or any guest can call Daniel, if needed or in than emergency.
6.- Pool/Jacuzzi: Manteinance includes overseeing existing pool/jacuzzi service.
7.- Garden Manteinance: Includes watering plants, buying dirt, fertilizing, insecticide.
8.- Utility Bills: Gas, Water, Electric, Cable, Internet, Phone, Property year taxes and Trust Deeds. Gas tanks are monitored weekly, car/motorcicle insurance and year taxes.
9.- Our speciallity: We’re happy to accomodate renters upon arrival, house key pick-ups/drop-offs, and give them some city tips.
10.- Tourist Services: We provide transportation to/from airports in A/C authorized vehicles with experienced drivers. As well, we arrange activities: Day excursions, Monarch Sanctuary (february), horseback riding, hot springs, hiking, mountain biking, professional masseurs, spanish lessons, dance lessons or cooking classes etc...
All services are professionally provided. Daniel is experienced, bilingual and Licensed in both Tourism Business Administration by the UVM (University of Valle de Mexico) and Psychology by the UVM (University of Valle de Mexico).
